Jorge Molinero

Throughout my career, I have always had the vision and enthusiasm to work for the client. Since starting my career with Atisa, I have had the opportunity to grow professionally in its different areas alongside a strong team of professionals, providing me with extensive knowledge and experience in the different services we offer.

Jorge Molinero graduated in Law at the University of Alcalá de Henares in 2005.

Convinced of the need to professionalise the management of companies and law firms, he continued to broaden his legal training with an MBA overseen by Pilar Gómez-Acebo, a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Madrid School of Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the CESMA Business School.


His career has focused on law and business management. He has held different positions of responsibility in different company management departments, from implementing a Marketing Department to a Financial Control Department and, finally, assuming the General Management of Atisa in 2016.

In addition to his position as Managing Director at Atisa, in 2019 he took on the challenge of launching the company’s legal services firm, Selier Abogados, where he is CEO.

Gerardo Ortiz has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid and has added to his education with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Comillas.

He has over 20 years of experience in Consulting, Software Implementation, and the Management of Personnel Administration and Payroll Services.

Throughout his career, he has worked in national and multinational companies, managing large multidisciplinary teams and leading projects for clients in different sectors, always related to the area of Human Resources. This has enabled him to acquire a global vision, both technical and functional, helping to optimise and digitise HR processes.

Gloria Parellada has a degree in Economics and Business Studies from E.T.E.A. at the University of Cordoba, and is listed as an auditor in the Official Register of Auditors / Institute of Accounting and Auditing.

She has added to her education with an MBA, a Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade, and a Management Development Programme (MDP), among others.

During her career, she has worked in companies such as PwC, EY, BDO and Bakertilly, which has provided her with extensive experience in external auditing, risk management, internal auditing and control, as well as in the provision of services such as Accounting, Compliance, Reporting, Consolidation, Non-financial Information Reporting, and everything to do with the financial area of companies.

In addition, she has extensive knowledge of accounting and auditing law under different Gaaps (US Gaap, Spanish Gaap, IFRS) and extensive knowledge of labour, HR and compliance.

Her passion is general consulting to help and support companies and/or clients on their path, always looking to provide the utmost value.

Pilar Jaquete

Pilar Jaquete has been a practising lawyer since 1992, specialising in Tax Advice and Taxation, as well as Corporate and Commercial Law.

During her career, she has worked as a tax advisor for many different companies in the distribution, tertiary, transport and industry sectors. She has collaborated with them in the planning and monitoring of their tax policy, tax inspections and litigation disputes, and in the design and implementation of all types of corporate transactions, shareholders’ agreements, and family protocols.

She added to her education with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Consulting at the CEF, the Legal Project Management Course at IE, and the Specialisation Course in Company Management and Administration from the Know How Business College, where she was first in her class.

Passionate about education, she is a teacher on many different courses specialising in tax matters, both in-house and in-company for clients of the Group, and is a regular speaker at informative seminars organised by the Group.

She regularly publishes specialised articles in the BAE magazine. She has been a member of the CEIM Tax Affairs Committee for several years.

She has spent a large part of her career at Atisa, and in recent years has been the Director of Selier, Atisa’s law firm. In this position, she has been responsible, among others, for the direction and management of the team of lawyers, the defining and monitoring of sales targets, the defining and promotion of new products and projects, and the coordination of the group’s in-house legal training.

Laura Blanco has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2010, specialising in tax advice and taxation for companies and high net worth individuals.

She added to her education with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Consulting, as well as an Advanced Specialisation Course in Tax Procedures, both at the Centre of Financial Studies (CEF).

In addition, she has taken several training courses to broaden her knowledge and skills in team management, and women’s development and leadership, among others.

She has over 10 years of professional experience in the tax departments at law firms such as GTA Villamagna or CMS Albiñana y Suárez de Lezo, as well as in the Tax and Financial Consulting area of Atisa and the Tax Department of Selier Abogados, in both cases responsible for management and team management duties.

As a fervent advocate of the importance of education, she has collaborated as a teacher in many different specialised courses on tax matters, both in-house and in-company for clients, and is a regular speaker at informative conferences. Since 2021, she has also collaborated with Nebrija University, teaching taxation and business to its students.

Stephan Escape has an Engineering degree from Centrale Supélec (Paris, France) and an MBA from Henley Business School (Oxfordshire, UK). 

Over his 30-year career, he has acquired solid experience in consulting, services, management software and process outsourcing in large multinationals such as IBM or Meta4. He has held management positions in several European, US and Latin American countries, creating and leading teams in different business areas such as Service Management, R&D and Sales. 

This versatility, both geographic and departmental, has enabled him to develop a great ability to listen, which is essential in providing clients with the right response to their situation, optimising the innovative capacity of the team as a whole. 

In addition, his initial training as an engineer and consultant has been key to bringing practicality, creativity and a focus on solutions to the commercial area.

He has over 20 years of experience in different positions within people management, providing experience in both clients and end clients, placing all his energy into building valuable organisations with values.

He started his career in the consulting and outsourcing of labour relations and payroll, evolving to roles within soft policies, with a more generalised profile and vision of people management, and with the good fortune of quickly taking on leadership positions.
