Yes. At the Service Centre, we adapt to any process you want to outsource, even if it is very specific to your sector. At Atisa, we carry out any administrative function you require and, thanks to our multidisciplinary and integrated team, we can create the necessary tools for the process you request. Do not hesitate to propose any service.

Yes. Through different tools:

  • Call Centre control (call recording, volume of assistance, manager who receives the request, duration of the calls, no. of unanswered calls, return of unanswered calls, satisfaction surveys, etc.).
  • Benefit management control tool (receipt management per benefit, identification of the manager processing it, scanning in the “individual digital file”, etc.).

At the Service Centre, we adapt to the specific needs of each client either by implementing the service with the tools currently used by the company or with the software developed by Atisa for “Benefit Control and Call Centre Service”.

At Atisa, we adapt to the needs of the client, we collaborate with different suppliers and we even analyse the different products you work with in order to offer you different possibilities of collaboration with suppliers.

We can continue to provide the service that is already in place in your company, with the same suppliers and with your tools.

The start-up and completion times depend on the type of management the client wishes to outsource:

  • Management of Remote Employees: immediate
  • Application for temporary redundancy plan benefits: immediate
  • Employee Portal Support: immediate
  • Call Centre and Social Benefits outsourcing: maximum 3 months. It all depends on the type of benefit, the programmes used, the number of suppliers, and the group involved
  • Flexible Remuneration tool management: maximum 1 month
