Yes, before starting the recurrent payroll service, an implementation project is necessary in order to adapt our platform to the client’s requirements, as well as carrying out a series of tests to guarantee the quality of the subsequent service. The duration depends on the complexity of the payroll to be implemented, the number of employees, and the interfaces required, although this phase must be completed correctly.

It consists of the following phases:

  • Analysis of client requirements.
  • Uploading of personal, employment and financial data of employees.
  • Parametrisation of the tool.
  • Parallel processes to check that the payroll is correctly calculated.
  • Production and start of the recurrent service.

It is established using a Procedure Manual which defines the payroll calendar, response times for each process, communications channels, formats for the templates to be used, etc..
